We are currently looking for an Operations Executive for a client in the events industry based in Oman.
The role involves supporting the Operations Team in organizing conferences, exhibitions, and new product launches. The position is ideal for a self-motivated and ambitious individual seeking to develop skills in the exhibitions industry, offering significant growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams to meet financial and operational goals, improving efficiency, managing projects and operations, handling contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing event logistics before, during, and after events.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in exhibitions is a must.
- IOSH Certification is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting and working under pressure.
- Flexibility for travel and out-of-hours work.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Proven operations leadership and problem-solving skills.
Salary - up tp 1200 OMR
