Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting HR operations within an international school setting, including staff recruitment, record management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with school regulations and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of academic and non-academic staff in line with school standards
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff records, including contracts, IDs, and certifications
- Prepare official HR documents such as employment letters, experience certificates, and disciplinary notices
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure alignment with school policies and academic calendars
- Support staff relations and assist in implementing HR policies tailored to the international school environment
