• 10 years up, Proven experience as a Head Chef in a diverse culinary setting in a high-end Palace, Hotels & Restaurant with expertise in international or global cuisines.
• Extensive knowledge of vegan cooking and calorie-conscious meal preparation.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and experimentation.
