Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical systems in heavy commercial vehicles. Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of hydraulic equipment. Inspect hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, fittings, and hydraulic circuits. Identify hydraulic leakage, pressure, flow, overheating, and performance-related issues. Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy vehicles and hydraulic systems. Perform hydraulic pressure and functional testing after repairs. Troubleshoot vehicle systems including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and related components. Attend customer/field service complaints and provide timely technical solutions. Coordinate with customers, workshops, technicians, and internal engineering teams. Maintain service reports, inspection reports, repair records, and maintenance documentation. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturer/service standards. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and service teams.
