For one of the Leading Fish Meal and Oil Manufacturing Co. in Oman, exporting to major fish feed manufacturing clusters globally.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate profile- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the seafood processing / fish freezing industry
- Seafood processing supervision Hygiene and sanitation compliance
- Working knowledge of FDA and EU seafood regulations
- Proficiency in HACCP, GMP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 food safety and traceability systems
- Practical experience with Blast Freezing, Plate Freezing, and IQF (Individual Quick Freezing)
- FDA & EU seafood regulations; HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000; QA/QC, laboratory testing, audits, traceability
