Manage EPT / EPF and Well Testing Operation in accordance with cleint specifications and contract requirements
Develop operation plans, schedules, budgets, manpower, any challanges at the feild.
Coordinate with Head Office project team regarding operation status
Ensure compliance with contract scope, KPIs, claint procedures, and HSE requirements
Provide Operation/Technicial support.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE, PTW systems, SIMOPS, and Life-Saving Rules
Lead HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, and risk assessment workshops
Manage multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, logistics, QA/QC, and subcontractors at the feild
Support project costs control, monitor operation status
Act as the primary interface with cleint for technical, operational matters
Ensure proper operqation reporting, documentation, handover, and close-out in line with cleint requirements
Support development, mentoring, and competency growth of Omani staff

إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك التشغيل والصيانة والخدمات اللوجستية وضمان الجودة والمقاولين من الباطن في الميدان
دعم التحكم في تكاليف المشروع ومتابعة حالة التشغيل
التصرف كواجهة رئيسية مع العميل فيما يتعلق بالمسائل الفنية والتشغيلية
ضمان الإبلاغ عن التشغيل بشكل صحيح والتوثيق والتسليم والإغلاق وفق متطلبات العميل
دعم التطوير والتوجيه ونمو الكفاءة للموظفين العمانيين
