Supervise and coordinate all steel structure and sandwich panel erection activities on site. Plan daily work assignments and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment effectively. Ensure erection work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project quality standards. Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, client representatives, and subcontractors.

Minimum 3 years experience in sandwich panel manufacturing company.
