The Ideal Candidate must have mixed experience in both proposal and estimation and MUST have experience in CANDY software. Strong knowledge of estimation software, pricing methodologies, and market rate analysis. Familiarity with Omani construction market, cost structures, and local suppliers / subcontractors.

Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 8 12 years of experience The Ideal Candidate must have mixed experience in both proposal and estimation and MUST have experience in CANDY software.
