We are looking for an experienced Structural Supervisor to oversee structural steel fabrication and erection activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise structural steel fabrication and erection work at site.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
- Interpret structural drawings and coordinate with engineers and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve on-site technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
4 7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication, erection, or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication, and erection techniques.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with site safety regulations and quality procedures.

- تفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والتنسيق مع المهندسين وفرق الموقع.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والمعايير الشركة.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم وحل القضايا الفنية في الموقع.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
دبلوم/درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو مجال ذو صلة.
4-7 سنوات من الخبرة في تصنيع وتركيب الحديد الإنشائي أو مشاريع البناء.
معرفة قوية بالرسومات الإنشائية وتقنيات التصنيع والالتحام.
مهارات قيادية واتصال وحل المشكلات جيدة.
الإلمام بلوائح السلامة في الموقع وإجراءات الجودة.
