About the Role Takamul National Company LLC is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our growing restaurant team. As a Crew Member, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as required.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• Previous experience in restaurants, caf s, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Basic food handling knowledge.
• Cash handling and POS experience.
