The role will be responsible for establishing and monitoring quality standards, auditing operational functions across the organization, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and reporting audit findings and recommendations to the management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the poultry industry and a strong background in quality assurance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in product quality assurance within the poultry industry.
- Mandatory experience working in poultry production, hatcheries, or integrated poultry operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report findings to executive leadership.
