Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control. Manage accounts receivable, payable, cash flow, and working capital. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, and inventory accounts. Supervise payroll processing and statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Optimize ERP financial processes and maintain strong internal controls. Support management with financial analysis and business performance insights. Lead, train, and mentor the finance team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance.
- 810 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and working capital management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
