Job description

This is a combination of business and technical skills; understanding of the banking and finance domain is an essential requirement for this role. Software testers to be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. Should conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users. The responsibilities is integral to the creation of software systems.


Key Responsibilities • Real time testing experience / projects delivered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On premise) application. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and localization testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms and integrated systems. • Conduct API testing using Postman or equivalent tools. • Validate integrations with external systems via REST APIs (with/without middleware) (Postman). • Execute data migration testing using CRM utilities. • Design, create, and execute manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios. • Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project requirements and goals. • Collaborate with all project stakeholders & Agile teams including developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders. Key Modules of CRM : 1. CRM Sales and Marketing, 2. Customer 360, 3. ClickDimension , 4. Customer Service  Experience in Banking domain and testing of banking applications like echannels, internet & mobile banking, cards application, payments, loans etc. & support is expected. • Exposure to automation testing tools (optional but beneficial). • To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested. • Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities. • Defining the testing activities for subordinates – testers or test engineers. • To check if the team has all the necessary resources to execute the testing activities. • To check if testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases. 

Skills

Required Skills • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise preferred) & banking background is preferred • Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques and methodologies. • Experience in testing banking applications, standards, or related tools. • Hands-on experience with CRM modules such as: o Sales o Marketing o Customer 360 o ClickDimensions  API Testing using Postman (or similar). • Test Management, Defect tracking and management using JIRA or equivalent QA tools. • Strong knowledge of Agile processes and ceremonies. • Clear and complete understanding of the SDLC and STLC lifecycle • Candidates should be from BFSI background & Good Core banking domain Knowledge • Excellent communication and documentation skills, good negotiation skills, proven skills in effectively dealing with the users. • Intermediate knowledge of Database/ SQL • Resource should be immediate joiner; no notice period is encouraged. 

Experience: • Minimum 10 years of Total Experience in banking or IT environment • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise preferred). • Experience in App Testing and Web base testing • Experience in SIT/ UAT testing • Experience in test case requirement gathering & test case preparation • Experience in functional testing • Working knowledge in banking applications like core banking systems, Channel application like ( internet banking, mobile banking, etc. ), card and payment systems applications etc. • Experience in Automation testing using Opensource tools such as Selenium (Optional)
