Roles & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Open-minded, Innovative, Adaptable, and Hardworking willing to handle challenging tasks.
• Work closely with IT, software, and other engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Implementing secure network connections for IoT-based ELV systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, including designing Networks like LANs VLANs, Configure Switches and Routers and knowledge in QoS, and IP-based system integration.
• Design and integrate audio, lighting, and LED systems, ensuring performance, compliance, and detailed technical documentation for projects. (Preferred)
• Configure and optimize PAS (Public Address System), oversee DJ system setup, and troubleshoot complex audio issues to ensure seamless event audio integration. (Preferred)
• Design stage lighting with DMX, engineer LED screen setups, and ensure seamless compatibility and synchronization between lighting and visuals. (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networking, including designing Networks like LANs VLANs, Configure Switches and Routers and knowledge in QoS, and IP-based system integration.
• Manage project planning, implementation, and support; coordinate stakeholders; and deliver training and documentation for successful, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Proven experience in audio-visual system design, implementation, and maintenance. - Preferred
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AVIXA CTS-D, Cisco(CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CWNA), Crestron)- Preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audio-Visual/ Lighting/Network/ELV Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced AV and ELV systems for events, installations, and permanent setups and also knowledge in Networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in audio systems, stage lighting, LED screens, and networking, complemented by expertise in electrical and electronic engineering.
