Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery across all business units.
- Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain functions, leveraging data analytics and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPSM are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in group procurement and/or global supply chain management.
- Proven track record of success in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
