Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Oman.
• Lead and support M&A, joint venture, restructuring, and transactional work.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Manage client matters from instruction through to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.
   

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong corporate and commercial law experience.
• Experience in Oman or the wider GCC market preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
