Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the College s marketing and student recruitment plan
Manage student recruitment activities including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion tracking
Coordinate school visits, open days, and education fairs (local and international)
Support digital marketing activities including social media campaigns and content updates
Assist in producing promotional materials and student-focused content (videos, testimonials, brochures)
Maintain and update prospective student recruitment tracking records (e.g., spreadsheets or databases) to monitor student enquiries, applications, and follow-up activities until enrolment.
Engage with prospective students, parents, schools, and education agents
Support international student recruitment initiatives.
Collect and report data on applications, leads, and campaign performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing and student recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in marketing, admissions, or student recruitment (preferably in higher education)
Experience in managing social media campaigns or CRM systems is an advantage
Prior involvement in education fairs, school outreach, or international recruitment activities is highly desirable
