Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a reception administrator to be based in Muscat.
Please note that due to the nationalization program, only Omani nationals can be considered for this role.

Main responsibilities
- Manage all office administration duties and general office tasks, including running errands, and delivering documents or packages.
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers.
- Safely transport employees, clients, and materials to and from designated locations as directed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Deliver products to customers as required.
- Maintain accurate records related to transportation schedules, mileage, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Omani nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a receptionist and company driver, preferably within the medical devices industry.
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- High proficiency with commonly used computer software and applications.
