Roles and Responsibilities:
lAssist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
lSupport preparation of BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.
lCreate basic process flows, diagrams, and wireframes.
lProvide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues with a focus on efficient problem resolution.
lManage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
lCoordinate project meetings, taking detailed notes and distributing action items to drive accountability.
lCollaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to achieve common project goals.
lAssist in the preparation of project reports and presentations, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
lProactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks, escalating critical issues to stakeholders effectively.
lAssist with other responsibilities and support activities as directed by management when required.
Desired Education:
lPossesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science or Project Management.
l0-2 years of experience in project coordination or technical support roles.
lProficient in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
lPossesses exceptional soft skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
lDisplays personal qualities such as a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.
lMust be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
