The Parent Relations Manager leads the admissions and front-ofhouse teams to deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient 

experience for families at Jebel View International School. 

As the first point of contact for prospective parents, they lead and 

manage the full customer journey from enquiry to enrolment and 

support the re-enrolment and retention of current families.

This is a parent-facing management role that benefits from strong 

consultative sales skills and a deep understanding of what drives 

excellent customer experience. Essentially, in a new and developing 

school environment, this role is responsible for the sales and 

business development strategy, to ensure that the school effectively 

meets Admissions targets. Student Pipeline Management and 

attention to detail is essential.

The post holder should be a dynamic and outgoing person, ready to 

strategise and drive engagement with the local community (Nursery 

partners, feeder schools, B2B etc) to essentially be the front face of 

the school.

The Parent Relations Manager is also responsible for shaping and 

communicating the story of the school, using their expertise in parent 

engagement, customer service, communications, and social media to 

build trust and connection. Loaning an empathetic and 

understanding ear, in order to effectively manage CX both online and 

in-school.

Working closely with the Artemis Education Marketing and 

Admissions Team, they ensure alignment with group-wide strategy, 

maintain high standards of communication, and lead enrolment 

growth and community building in the school.
