Monthly billing of DC

·      OT & KM confirmation, Verification of inbound details of AMLS records.

Verification of other WMS Reports

·      Transaction Report for Export, Transaction Report for Import, GRN/DN Report

Export Permits

·      Preparation of Documents to export to Other GCC Market. Sharing the Export documents with the MMB Supply chain team.

Import Functions

• Preparation and coordination with Supply chain and MCD on the Import / Inbound of food products & toys
• Sharing the documents with concerned team.

Fleet Inspection

·      Daily Truck Inspection. Daily Truck Temperature and CTM monitoring. Log sheets verification. Inspection reporting to the Sr. Supervisor.

QA and Audit Compliance

·      Daily DC Walk. Monitoring the DC temperature. Reporting of SWA compliance to the supervisor for the verification and action.

Backup of Senior Operation Supervisor

·      Providing full support to Sr. Operation Supervisor in full operations. Backup and reliever for Annual leaves.

Skills

·      Infor WMS Knowledge

·      Very Excel – Power BI is plus

·      Should have a valid Driver's OMAN License

·      Should have good knowledge of Import/Export in OMAN
