Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily telecalling targets and convert calls into scheduled client meetings
  • Achieve daily client meeting targets as assigned by management
  • Maintain a minimum 60% sales conversion ratio from daily meetings
  • Provide professional counseling on immigration, visa, and migration services
  • Follow up with assigned leads and applicants through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Follow up with prospective clients, and close sales
  • Maintain daily reports, client records, and follow-up status accurately
  • Coordinate with the documentation and processing team
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and high customer satisfaction



Skills

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience in sales / immigration consultancy preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure


Language Preference (Mandatory):

  • Hindi – Mandatory
  • English – Required
  • Malayalam / Tamil – Added Advantage
