Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily telecalling targets and convert calls into scheduled client meetings
- Achieve daily client meeting targets as assigned by management
- Maintain a minimum 60% sales conversion ratio from daily meetings
- Provide professional counseling on immigration, visa, and migration services
- Follow up with assigned leads and applicants through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Follow up with prospective clients, and close sales
- Maintain daily reports, client records, and follow-up status accurately
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Ensure ethical sales practices and high customer satisfaction
Skills
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Experience in sales / immigration consultancy preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
Language Preference (Mandatory):
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Required
- Malayalam / Tamil – Added Advantage
