Within the Strategy & Governanceteamyou will report directly to the Head of Strategy & Governance. Your mission as Operations & Finance will be:“Safeguarding the Global Digitalteam's financial integrity and regulatory compliance through diligent oversight, robust risk management, and transparent reporting practices”.

You willbewillplayan activeroleinkey oversight activities encompassingFinancialMonitoring,Conformity,Reporting, andFinancial Controlling and Analysis. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations are running with efficiency, adhering to regulations, and aligning withCorporate Global Digitaland House strategicobjectives.

As the Operations & FinanceAnalyst, you willleverageyour keen analytical skills and familiarity with project management to ensure theoptimalexecution and alignment of our initiatives with businessfinancialgoals and compliance requirements. Your exceptional ability to communicate and interpret complex information will be integral to this role.

Your main missions will befocusedon:

• Co-build,developand manage budgets for all project segments. Conduct regular financial reviews, make necessaryadjustmentsandease thecoordination ofarbitrationoffinancial decisions as needed.

  
  

• Oversee and track activities,budget adherence, and various other metrics to ensure smooth operations and attainment ofobjectives.

  
  

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of services, in coordination with relevant stakeholders (Legal, procurement Finance)Stayupdated with evolving industry regulations and standards and ensure all PMO activities adhere to these.

  
  

• Regularly generate,maintain, and improve reports that accurately reflect ourprojectfinancialstatuses andperformances. Utilizeappropriate reportingtools to deliver insights to various stakeholders.

  
  

• Prepare detailed analysis and special reports on demand. Monitor andanalyzeprojectfinancialquality and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  
  

Skillsrequirements :

• Brand Understanding:Ability tocomprehendand operate the essence of our CHANEL’s brand - its mission, vision, legacy, and values - and align strategies and actions accordingly. This includes an understanding of the brand's history, itspositioningin the market, and its unique selling proposition.

  
  

• Monitoring & Conformity:In direct line with Regulation services, you are strict on the application of industry regulations, project management, and conformity principles. You can keep track of multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they adhere to internal standards and external regulations.

  
  

• Reporting & Analysis:You have excellent reporting and data analysis skills, allowing you to interpret complex data and communicate it effectively.Proficiencywithreportingtoolsand softwareisa must.

  
  

• Budgeting and Financial Management:Youmasterfinancial managementprinciples(OPEX, CAPEX, depreciations,etc), allowing you tomonitorand manage budgets effectively.Youalreadyparticipatedtothe management ofa budget(>10 M$)and performedthoroughanalysis, ideallytailored to digitaland ITservices.

  
  

• Project Management:You have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

  
  

• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Ability to convey information effectively to various stakeholders, from team members to top executives.
