Job Responsibilities / Scope:
- Oracle Database installation, configuration, and administration (12c, 19c, 21c)
- Performance tuning, backup & recovery, and RAC management
- Maintaining Multitenant architecture (CDB/PDB)
- Incident management with root cause analysis
- 24/7 support coverage for production and critical environments
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
- Oracle DBA Certifications (OCP / OCM preferred)
- Strong experience with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and patching
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
Key Deliverables / Highlights:
- Ensure uptime SLA
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents
- Provide 24/7 support & monitoring
