About the Role:We are seeking a motivated candidate to join us as a Smart Utility Network Designer. The position includes a comprehensive one-year paid training program to equip you with advanced skills. Upon completion, you will assume full responsibilities in designing and managing smart utility networks (electricity, water, telcom). Key Responsibilities (Post-Training):Design and maintain geospatial network models using Arc GIS Utility Network. Prepare integrated engineering drawings using Auto CAD and GIS. Conduct spatial analyses and network tracing to identify faults and optimize performance. Manage and update geospatial databases. Support network expansion planning and integration with smart management systems. Training Program (First Year):Intensive hands-on training in GIS (Arc GIS, QGIS), Auto CAD, and network modeling. Guidance on smart grid technologies and IoT integration. Mentorship from senior designers with gradual project involvement. Requirements:Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates welcome). Strong interest in GIS and smart utilities. Basic knowledge of Auto CAD or GIS is an advantage (not required). Excellent analytical skills and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
