Lead large-scale structural and civil engineering projects, acting as the focal point for the Structural Engineering discipline Projects assigned and assuming full responsibility for design, coordination, and delivery of the structural scope.
Requirements: · Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering· Minimum of 15 years of consultancy experience· Prior experience in Oman and/or the GCC is preferred· Strong leadership capability with proven experience taking responsibility for complex projects· Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, and ROBOT ( Modeling and load application )· Fluent in English· Expertise in advanced structural design methodologies, including:o Seismic and dynamic analysiso Drift and vibration analysiso Acquittance in Eurocode and American standards.o Use of vibration analysis techniques and tools to assess structural performance under dynamic loads in accordance with international standards· Familiarity with HTM standards· Mentoring Junior Engineers
Mid-level Structural Engineers with 8–10 years of relevant experience and demonstrated capability to take increasing responsibility and leadership are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience:Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, Hospital or industrial building projects.
