We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented "Data Entry Specialist" to join our accounting team.
Responsibilities:
1-Accurately enter financial data and invoices into the company system.
2-Verify and audit data for errors or inconsistencies.
3-Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
4-Generate basic reports using MS Office tools.
5-Assist the accounting team with daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or accounting support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel & Word.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge or experience with QuickBooks software.
Residence in Muscat is a must.
