Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5–8 years of experience in agile software development
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• Preferred certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe)
• Prior experience working with digital banking channels is an advantage
Omani nationals preferred.
