Job Description:
§ Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
§ Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends.
§ Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads.
§ Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Asian nationals
§ Male, 40 years old and below
§ Minimum of 5 years experience in artisan bread baking, with atleast 3 years in a supervisory or sous chef role
§ Strong leadership and team management skills and must have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
