We are seeking a motivated, Arabic-speaking sales and marketing representative to support our business growth in Oman and the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence in the chemical industry, particularly in the fields of paint, resin, construction materials, and polymer additives.
- · Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, distributors, and industrial buyers.
- · Conduct market research and identify potential customers and partners in Oman and surrounding markets.·
- Promote and sell company products in accordance with corporate strategy.
- · Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade meetings.
- · Coordinate with internal supply and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- · Provide customer feedback and local market insights to management.
- Assist with proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Skills
- · Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); good command of English is a plus.
- · Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in chemicals, construction, or industrial sectors.
- · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- · Oman-based (preference given to Muscat residents or those with local network).
- · Driving license and willingness to travel locally.
- · Familiarity with government procurement processes is an advantage.
