Operations Specialist


1. Support Operational Processes  

Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and process adherence.

Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

2. Vendor and Partner Management             

Maintain communication with vendors and partners to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery.

 Update and track vendor performance scorecards.

3. Budget Oversight  

Support resource allocation and budget tracking to ensure adherence to operational budgets.

 Help prepare operational forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Communication       - Collaborate with staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.

 Provide regular updates to the Senior Operations Manager on operational progress and challenges.

5. Process Optimization        

Contribute to improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.


Qualification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility- Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to flexible roles as needed.
