Sales Executive - Bakery Division

Our client is group of companies and specialized in food stuff supply and looking for experienced resources as Sales Executive / Bakery Division. The potential candidate must have enough experience and skills. We preferred the potential candidate working in same field.

Job Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Bakery Division. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales within the bakery or food industry, a strong understanding of bakery products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for the Bakery Division.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and expertise to clients during presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for bakery products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and expand network.
  • Forecast market trends and advise management on potential opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and regularly update management on performance.
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve product offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Knowledge of baking processes and products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the food service industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
