This role involves crafting innovative marketing campaigns, managing a dynamic sales team, and building strong relationships with sponsors and partners. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Eat Co’s festivals.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and branding efforts.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent content delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets through ticket sales, vendor bookings, and sponsorships.
- Create and implement sales plans to attract corporate and individual clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors and partners for festivals.
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring fulfillment of agreements and brand visibility.
- Develop innovative sponsorship packages to attract diverse industries.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to refine marketing campaigns and enhance festival offerings.
Budget Management
- Create and manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Allocate resources effectively across platforms and projects.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4–6 years in marketing, sales, or event promotion roles.
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns and achieving sales targets.
Skills
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Canva, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in event marketing or sponsorship sales.
- Familiarity with the Omani market and audience preferences.
