Position title: Internship Program


Department: Commercial


Job purpose:


To support the sales team by providing technical proficiency, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers, and ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions drives successful presales engagements.


Key Role and Responsibilities:


  • Outbound cold calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed number of qualified leads / meetings per month
  • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources, portals etc. and qualify for business potential.
  • Support the Sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support, successful transition to Direct Sales
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bidirectional.
  • Attend Meeting with Sales team along with supporting and bid/proposal preparation and submission.


Prepare reports & MIS:


  • Maintains an updated record of all clients’ information.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the line manager


Other Activities:


Support Sales Team Operations: Assist in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and database management.

Client Interaction: Shadow experienced team members during meetings and calls to learn about customer needs and relationship building.

Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and present insights to support strategic decision-making.

Administrative Tasks: Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.


Specifications (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience):


  • University Degree
  • Highly active developed in relationship management, research and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with Customer Experience and Digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.
  • Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet and MS Office tools.
  • Acts with honor and character A person of high integrity who is direct and truthful but at the same time can keep confidence.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective customers.
  • Ideally, exposure to working within a multicultural environment and exposure in customer exposure domain.
