Sr. DWH Operations Support Engineer :


Experience: Minimum 5 years and above

Skills:

  • Teradata Data Warehousing (DWH), Informatica ETL, Ligadata, Informatica (Power Center, Analyst, IDQ, EDC, and AXon), MicroStrategy, Dataiku, IFRS15, OBA, Vertica.
  • Good knowledge in Data Base & SQL, Linux Platform, shell scripting, IP Network, TCP/IP protocol and related troubleshooting tools etc.
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and monitoring of HDFS, Yarn, Spark, Hive, Oozie, Kafka, Impala, Zookeeper and other Hadoop eco systems.
  • Performing Cluster tuning, cluster monitoring and troubleshooting. Backup, Snapshot and Recovery from node failure.
  • Installing and configuring Hadoop Security using Kerberos and Sentry.
  • Good understanding of Spark, Hive, Kafka and HBase architecture.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade/migration of Cloudera platforms: CDH, CDP (private cloud and/or public cloud)


Big Data Administrator:

Experience: Minimum 5 years and above

Skills:

  • Experience in Big Data infrastructure (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), ensuring uptime, availability, and optimal performance.
  • Manage Hadoop clusters, ensuring proper configuration, resource allocation, and job scheduling for efficient data processing.
  • Implement robust access control mechanisms, such as Kerberos, LDAP, or Ranger, to ensure proper authentication and authorization for users and applications accessing the Big Data environment.
  • Strong experience managing and administering Hadoop, Spark, HBase, Kafka, and other Big Data technologies.
  • Deep understanding of HDFS, YARN, and cluster resource management techniques.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix scripting (Bash, Python) for system administration tasks, automation, and performance monitoring.



Senior IPCC Support Engineer:

Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

Skills:

  • providing Technical Support, maintenance, configuration, development, and troubleshooting for Genesys PABX IVR / AutoDialler, Kochar Tech Knowledge Management System/Chatbot/WhatsupBOT, Tech M Socio applications, New Metrics Voice Of Customer Survey, TeleOpti Workforce Management system in Telecom operator environment.
  • Experience in upgrades and patches implementation for IPCC platforms, Implement configuration changes on UNIX based systems
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL and follow incident & problem and change management process. Genesys PABX IVR / AutoDialler, Omni channels & social media, database like MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, IP Network, TCP/IP protocol and related troubleshooting tools –Wire shark, tcpdump, Web technology SOAP, REST, POST, GET etc.


Senior ERP Engineer (Financials, HRMS, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, SCM):


Experience: Minimum 8 years and above

Skills:

  • Techno Functional Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Expert in HRMS, SCM & Financial.
  • Providing Technical Support for Oracle HRMS, SCM & Financials business users.
  • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, ERP and Collaboration Systems.
  • Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; completing troubleshooting procedures.
  • Good knowledge UNIX, Linux use for administration and shell scripting. Oracle Database & OSB. IP Network, TCP/IP protocol and related troubleshooting tools etc


Sr. Middleware Support Engineer:

Minimum 5 years and above

  • Key Skills:
  • providing Technical Support, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting for TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus, API Gateway, Google APIGEE in Telecom operator environment.
  • Manage Hadoop clusters, ensuring proper configuration, resource allocation, and job scheduling for efficient data processing.
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Active Matrix. TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus, API gateway, Google APIGEE,

RAFMS Support Engineer:

Minimum 5 years and above

Skills:

  • providing Technical Support, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting for Mob ileum (RAID) Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management system in Telecom operator environment
  • Manage and administer notifications, alarms, Account View, Subscriber View, Rule Management, Reports, Audit Logs. conduct all quality checks on the data feeds, developing / modifications of scripts for CDR Pulling polling,
  • Testing of CDRs from mediation and Network Elements for new Network Elements and Upgrades. Applying new rules, filtering and fine tune the existing rules.
  • Monitor and Communicate the RA & FMS KPI’s as per agreed process.
  • Ensure dumps needed by RA & FMS systems are sent on time as per the requirements of the RA & FMS policy approved by Customer.
  • Knowledge of Billing, Charging & related protocols & Interfaces. UNIX, Linux use for administration shell scripting and database like Oracle, SQL, SOAP, Java, CORBA and etc.


Mediation Support Engineer:


Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

Skills:

  • providing Technical Support, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting for Nokia Event link (Mediation) system, Ericsson Multi Mediation in Telecom operator environment.
  • Identifies operational problems by observing and analyzing system functioning, performance results, and investigating user complaints; performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues in Nokia Event link.
  • Deploys changes according to MOP (Method of Procedure) provided by developers or system administrators.
  • In-depth knowledge of Multi Mediation applications (Nokia, Ericsson,) including architecture and product level specifics.
  • Familiarity with Interconnect Billing and International Roaming Charges (e.g., CAP TAP).
  • Expertise in CDRs/EDRs: Must understand Call Detail Records and Event Detail Records for accurate data handling. offline rating and billing processes for handling CDRs, IN/OCS Nodes for Charging and Billing processes
  • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux administration and shell scripting: Essential for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process automation.
  • Database knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle, SQL, and other relational databases to support data management and queries.
  • Knowledge in SOAP and Java: Required for interfacing and troubleshooting in a distributed environment. Nokia Event link, Ericsson Multi Mediation.


Sr. Billing Engineer:


Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

Skills:

  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for NetCracker RBM, CSG Interconnect, and other billing tools. Configure promotions, products, roaming partners, and tariffs (rate plans, holiday setup, etc.).
  • Billing Operations: Oversee call processing, ensure smooth Bill Run operations, handle billing discrepancies, and perform script-based recoveries.
  • Roaming & Interconnect: Set up roaming tariffs, monitor suspended calls, resolve interconnect CDRs, and assist in fraud investigations.
  • System Improvement & Testing: Recommend process improvements, perform acceptance testing for new charging solutions, and monitor system performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure confidentiality, security, and integrity of information in line with company policies.
  • Expertise in NetCracker/Tecnotree Billing, Mediation, Charging, and related protocols. Strong knowledge of interconnect billing and GSM networking principles. Proficient in UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, Oracle, SQL, SOAP, and Java.


Provisioning Engineer:


Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

Skills:

  • Provide support and maintenance for Nokia Instalink (Provisioning) and Leading Point Porting systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring 24x7 system uptime.
  • Configure, schedule, and monitor provisioning processes, including vendor configuration changes.
  • Implement automation scripts and support data extraction.
  • Meet KPIs, SLAs, and perform regular data reconciliation.
  • Experience with multi-vendor provisioning systems (Comptel, Nokia).
  • Strong knowledge of GSM protocols, UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, and databases (Oracle, SQL, SOAP, Java).


Campaign Management Support Engineer:


Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

Skills:

  • Support and maintain Flytxt Campaign Management system
  • Anticipate and resolve operational issues; improve processes.
  • Implement projects, support commercial teams, and resolve customer cases (CIPs).
  • Automate tasks with scripts (e.g., shell, Python).
  • Meet performance KPIs, SLAs, and ensure data security.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and manage system configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Linux/Windows, and middleware.


NIS Support Engineer:


Experience: Minimum 3 years and above

Skills:

  • Expertise in network infrastructure (routers, switches) and network management protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data audits and reporting.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, and warehouse logistics.
  • ITIL processes for incident and change management.
  • Support and maintain NTG Clarity NIS application, ensuring system stability.
  • Perform health checks, monitor performance, and maintain inventory records.
  • Implement real-time tracking and assist in resource allocation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with network teams.
  • Test new features and optimize system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Experience in inventory management or network systems support.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and infra applications.
