You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Barista is responsible to:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee, creative mocktails, healthy lattes, and breakfast smoothies.
- Deliver personalized service with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Contribute to menu development by introducing signature mocktails and beverages with an Arab and Omani touch.
- Participate in training and skill enhancement programs to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
A passion for coffee and other beverages.
Knowledge of coffee types, blends, beans and roasts, and other beverages.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
