We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Furniture Designer and Production Planner to streamline the design and production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed furniture designs and technical drawings, ensuring they meet client specifications.
Calculate the required quantities of wood, fabric, and other materials for each design.
Coordinate with carpenters and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Oversee the production process, ensuring quality standards are met.
Review and inspect finished products to verify they match the approved design.
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in furniture design and production planning.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of furniture materials, including types of wood and fabrics.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
