Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

The Relationship Officer will accept responsibility for the relationship of clients in Oman.

This includes new client acquisition, client-related administration, account opening, and existing client retention efforts as part of the group's business development unit. The candidate will be directly responsible for relationship management (which can be slightly technical) and sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building and improving relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
  2. Reviewing company practices to ensure clients receive maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
  3. Identifying potential opportunities and diligently following up.
  4. Educating and informing clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
  5. Attending to client complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and recommending ways of improving client satisfaction.
  7. Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure the company consistently meets clients' expectations.


Qualifications:

· University degree in Finance or related field

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in an FX Sales position within a brokerage or bank

· Sales-driven, and ambitious professional with a positive attitude.

· Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills

· Languages: Arabic and English (mandatory)
