HRMS Lead

The ideal candidate will support the full scope HRMS responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Job Description.


  • Overall 8-9 years of experience
  • Oracle EBS HRMS- Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Oracle i-recruitment, Advanced Benefits, Self-Service, Performance Management, Learning Management, Fast Formula, Absence Management
  • SQL, XML/BI publisher, workflow, AME, html, Using Toad / SQL developer


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 8+ years' experience
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
