We're looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician for Oman to ensure the maximum availability of equipment, including the maintenance and servicing of equipment in line with Aggreko’s procedures.

What you’ll do:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain any Operational or technical reports and documentation.
- Leading commissioning/ decommissioning activities when required of equipment, whilst ensuring all Aggreko standards & SOPs are followed.
- Driving global operational directives & minimising service expenditure in line with the targets & set KPIs, ensuring all service-related documentation is completed in line with Aggreko procedures.
- Support the Project Delivery team in creating and implementing control systems and instrumentation for new projects.
- Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Must have previous experience in Electrical & Instrumentation field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or equivalent qualifications with extensive knowledge and experience in the fields.
- Comfortable in facing clients with the ability to communicate effectively when required, empathize & understand the perspective of others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in electronic systems and software.
- Fluent command of English language, spoken and written with effective communication.
- Good Keyboard skills and Computer literate. Must be able to do documentation & soft reporting.
- Capable of working on his own initiative & able to work long hours in demanding conditions.
