Account Receivable Officer

This role will involve handling daily financial transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth financial operations.

Issue receipts for all transactions and maintain a record of receipts issued.

Ensure timely deposit of cheques and other payments into the bank.

Track and manage bounced cheques, including communication with clients for follow-up.

Follow up with the bank for any unaccounted credits and resolve discrepancies

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Identify and investigate discrepancies in bank statements and accounts.

Maintain organized financial records and ensure all documentation is up to date

Work closely with the accounting team to support overall financial operations.

Maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries or concerns related to credit matters.
