Responsibilities:

§Get internal approvals in system for suppliers, asset purchase, etc.

§Search for and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers

§Work within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders

§Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders

§Order products and authorize payments

§Manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries

§Research possible item selections

§Identifying the company's needs, based on the volume of demand, before choosing the quantity of products to purchase

§Awareness of changes that may affect the supply and demand of certain products and materials

§Well known to organize relevant people

§Resolving problems that may arise with merchandise or with the supplier

§Researching and evaluating product performance


Other Requirements:


§Good sourcing, negotiation, contract management skills

§Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred

§Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

§ At least 2+ years’ experience in relevant field within the Oman

§Purchase or administration working experience required

§English speaking with good skills on SAP & other software

§Age should below 35

§Oman Driving License (Required)

§Diploma (required), Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

§English language (Required) & Arabic Language (Added Advantage)

§Proficient use of MS Excel, MS Word and ordering and inventory management software
