As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence, engage with target audiences, and drive business growth. This role exists to ensure that the company's social media platforms are effectively utilized to support marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and foster community engagement. The Social Media Specialist will manage content creation, post scheduling, social media campaigns, and performance analytics to achieve the company's digital marketing goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns
  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including setting objectives, budgets, and targeting strategies
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering positive relationships with followers and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing
  • Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective social media efforts
  • Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Certification in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with others
