Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager at Al Sawadi Beach Resort. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all food service operations, managing the food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional customer service, conducting training programs, and handling budgeting and financial aspects related to food and beverage.
Qualifications
- Customer Service expertise

- Budgeting and financial management skills
- min. 3 years experience in a similar role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation
