Appointment Setter for their partnership marketing team to handle sales administration tasks, organize/track leads, and ensure that appointments with potential partners are scheduled seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage client communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Organize and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring all potential opportunities are logged and managed efficiently.
- Lead Tracking SOP: Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for lead tracking and management within the CRM.
- Appointment Scheduling: Ensure that appointments are consistently booked, following up on leads and handling all scheduling logistics.
- Follow-Up Communication: Manage all follow-up communications with leads and clients via email, ensuring prompt and clear responses.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing excellent pitch decks and other sales materials, ensuring they are client-ready and aligned with business goals.
- Partnership Marketing: Familiarity with partnership marketing with larger US-based brands.
- CRM Proficiency: Use CRM systems such as HubSpot and/or Pipedrive to manage and track client interactions and lead data effectively.
- Client-Facing Skills (Nice to Have): While not essential, comfort in being client-facing and handling communications directly with potential partners is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions.
- Writing Skills: Clear, accurate, and persuasive copywriting required.

- Effective Lead Management: Efficient tracking and management of leads through the CRM system, ensuring that all potential opportunities are captured and followed up on.
- Seamless Appointment Scheduling: Timely and successful booking of appointments, resulting in a steady pipeline of meetings for the sales team.
- Strong Communication: Clear and effective email communication with leads and clients, leading to a positive customer experience and increased conversion rates.
- Collaborative Sales Materials: Preparation of high-quality pitch decks and other sales materials that support the overall sales effort.
- Organized & Structured Processes: Implementation and maintenance of a clear SOP for lead tracking, ensuring consistency and accuracy in sales administration.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with prior experience in marketing, and/or sales administration and appointment setting.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems is essential, with knowledge of HubSpot and Pipedrive being highly advantageous, especially if past experience involved email campaign integrations.
- US-Based Experience: Previous experience working with US-based clients or markets is highly preferred.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with partnership marketing is important.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client-Facing: Comfortable engaging with clients and handling professional communication (nice to have).
