Job Summary:
The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role involves producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
- CA or Inter CA.
- Professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
