Job Overview:

Haffaf Digital Agency is looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who is fluent in Arabic to manage and oversee social media accounts for various brands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in content creation, strategy development, and client communications, while also assisting in sales meetings and presentations. This role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Take ownership of managing, monitoring, and growing social media accounts for clients across different industries.
  • Content Creation: Develop and write original Arabic content, ensuring all posts are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Content Strategy: Create and implement social media strategies for clients, generating fresh ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.
  • Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to present social media reports, discuss strategies, and adjust campaigns based on their goals and feedback.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ongoing improvements.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the agency’s sales team in preparing presentations and participating in sales meetings to pitch new clients.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the Arabic-speaking digital landscape.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Expertise in developing Arabic content and adapting it for various platforms.
  • Experience in building and executing social media strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a creative team.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
