Minimum role requirements:
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- Experience: External Applicants: 6 years of total experience. Years of experience in leadership will be an advantage
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategy through identifying the target audience and developing content that resonates with them
- Create and publish social media content that reflects the company's brand and engages the target audience
- Manage all social media channels by ensuring that the content is regularly updated and that the channels are monitored for engagement and feedback
- Engage with customers through social media channels, responding to queries and feedback promptly and using social media to build relationships with customers and create a positive brand image
- Monitor social media metrics to optimize social media campaigns and improve the company's social media presence
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that social media campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage social media influencers by identifying the best persons to represent Omantel brand and managing the collaboration and content to ensure the right message is distributed by the right influencers
- Set SMART KPIs, evaluate employees performance and provide support and coaching
