Role Purpose:

Enhancing Omantel’s brand presence on social media through collaborative campaigns and strategic engagement, fostering a cohesive brand identity across digital platforms.

Minimum role requirements:

  • Bachelor in relevant discipline
  • Experience: External Applicants: 6 years of total experience. Years of experience in leadership will be an advantage


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategy through identifying the target audience and developing content that resonates with them
  • Create and publish social media content that reflects the company's brand and engages the target audience
  • Manage all social media channels by ensuring that the content is regularly updated and that the channels are monitored for engagement and feedback
  • Engage with customers through social media channels, responding to queries and feedback promptly and using social media to build relationships with customers and create a positive brand image
  • Monitor social media metrics to optimize social media campaigns and improve the company's social media presence
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that social media campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Manage social media influencers by identifying the best persons to represent Omantel brand and managing the collaboration and content to ensure the right message is distributed by the right influencers
  • Set SMART KPIs, evaluate employees performance and provide support and coaching
