Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in oilfield production and subsurface-related technologies.
- Identify sales opportunities and work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans, assisting in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Provide expert knowledge on oilfield production technologies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Promote Weatherford's products and services by demonstrating their value and benefits in meeting client needs.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach in delivering solutions to clients.
- Offer technical support and training to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products and services.
- Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and services, liaising with the product development team to suggest enhancements based on client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the oilfield production sector.
- Prepare and present technical and sales reports to upper management, ensuring all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented.
- Diagnose well problems by integrating electrical logs, pressure tests, and other reservoir information, identifying integrated solutions.

- Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen and understanding of tenders, contracts, negotiations, high margin/profitability achievement, and requirements for high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- 15+ years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Geology, and Operator experience.
- Proven experience in oilfield production technology and a strong sales background interfacing with clients on a daily basis.
